Planned Outage / Hazard

On the advice of our switch software vendor there will be an planned outage / hazard on Sunday the 28th of January between 23:00 and 02:00 on the 29th of January to facilitate upgrade to switch software within the Spectrum L2 Global Network Fabric.
Software will be upgraded one by one in each switch of the global fabric over the hazard window. Customers that are duel connected should not notice significant outage other then reduction of overall bandwidth. Customer that are single connected will notice a short outage of around 15 minutes while the switch that your service is directly connected to reboots.
We expect all switches to be upgraded by 2:00 AEDT on Monday the 29th .
This hazard will effect all Voice, Internet, Ethernet and MPLS Services.
