On Wednesday the 27th of August 2017 at approximately 15:30 Spectrum systems detected a routing problem to parts of the Telstra network.
This resulted in disruption of some of the following services.
4G Connected services on Telstra.
Some customers using Telstra back-haul
Some internal management systems.
At approximately 16:50 Staff built a new path via another carrier and restored services that we effected by the routing problem.
At approximately 18:00 The root routing problem was resolved. Staff will leave the new alternate path in place to provide backup which will provide redundancy to the primary path.
